1 SAP Fiori Cloud SAP Fiori Cloud, premium Supplemental Terms and Conditions/ Syarat dan Ketentuan Tambahan These supplemental terms and conditions ( the Supplement ) are part of an agreement for certain SAP cloud services ( Agreement ) between SAP and Customer and apply solely to SAP Fiori Cloud or SAP Fiori Cloud, premium (the Cloud Service ). The term Cloud Service as used in this Supplement means either SAP Fiori Cloud, or SAP Fiori Cloud, premium, depending on which solution Customer has subscribed to in the Order Form./ Syarat dan ketentuan tambahan ("Tambahan") ini merupakan bagian dari perjanjian untuk layanan cloud SAP tertentu ("Perjanjian") antara SAP dan Pelanggan dan berlaku hanya untuk SAP Fiori Cloud atau SAP Fiori Cloud, premium ( Layanan Cloud ). SAP FIORI CLOUD 1.1 SAP Fiori Cloud includes delivered SAP Fiori applications that may be used by Customer in accordance with the terms of the Agreement. SAP FIORI CLOUD, PREMIUM 2.1. SAP Fiori Cloud, premium includes all of the resources of SAP Fiori Cloud, plus SAP Cloud Platform, mobile service for SAP Fiori, a service designed to extend existing Fiori mobile applications and develop new Fiori mobile applications in the Fiori architecture using advanced mobile features. In addition, SAP Fiori Cloud, premium includes 3 additional Build Users./ SAP Fiori Cloud, premium mencakup semua sumber daya SAP Fiori Cloud, disertai dengan SAP Cloud Platform, mobile service for SAP Fiori, suatu layanan yang dirancang untuk memperluas aplikasi mobile Fiori yang ada dan mengembangkan aplikasi mobile Fiori yang baru dalam arsitektur Fiori menggunakan fitur-fitur mobile tingkat lanjut. PACKAGED SAP PRODUCTS. The following terms apply to the respective SAP products included with the Cloud Service as specified above for SAP Fiori Cloud and SAP Fiori Cloud, premium. Unless otherwise noted, use of the packaged SAP products is limited to use in connection with the applicable Cloud Service. Each of these products is subject to the respective product terms contained in the SAP Cloud Platform Supplemental Terms and Conditions located at (also available from SAP upon request)./ PAKET PRODUK SAP. 3 3.1. SAP Cloud Platform, mobile services for development and operations. Included in SAP Fiori Cloud, premium, use of SAP Cloud Platform, mobile services for development and operations is limited to the support of SAPUI5 applications only./ SAP Cloud Platform, mobile services for development and operations. SAP Cloud Platform Build tercakup dalam SAP Fiori Cloud dan SAP Fiori Cloud, premium. 4. ADDITIONAL TERMS/ SYARAT-SYARAT TAMBAHAN 4.1. The use of the SAP Cloud Platform Cloud Connector is limited to use with the Cloud Service and Customer may not use the SAP Cloud Platform Cloud Connector for any other purpose. Customer shall utilize the most current version of the SAP Cloud Platform Cloud Connector made available by SAP./ SAP Cloud Platform Cloud Connector. 4 Attachment 1 To/ Lampiran 1 Untuk SAP Fiori Cloud SAP Fiori Cloud, premium Supplemental Terms and Conditions SAP Web IDE (Integrated Development Environment) Terms/ Syarat dan Ketentuan Tambahan Syarat-syarat SAP Web IDE (Integrated Development Environment). 1. LICENSE: SAP makes the Tools available to Customer on the Cloud Service solely for the purposes of designing, developing, testing, and demonstrating Content that is compatible with SAP Software. RESTRICTIONS: Customer shall ensure that the Content will not: (i) unreasonably impair, degrade or reduce the performance or security of any SAP Software, services, or related technology; (ii) enable the bypassing or circumventing of any SAP license restrictions and/or provide any third party with access to the SAP Software or other SAP products to which such third party is not licensed or otherwise entitled; or (iii) permit mass data extraction from SAP Software to a non-sap product for the purposes of replacing the SAP Software as the data s system of record, including use, modification, saving or other processing of such data in the non-sap product./ BATASAN: Pelanggan harus memastikan bahwa Konten tidak akan: (i) secara tidak wajar mengganggu, menurunkan, atau mengurangi kinerja atau keamanan dari setiap teknologi yang terkait, layanan, atau Perangkat Lunak SAP; (ii) mengaktifkan pemintasan atau pengabaian atas setiap larangan lisensi SAP dan/atau menyediakan akses ke Perangkat Lunak SAP atau produk SAP lainnya kepada pihak ketiga mana pun yang tidak berlisensi atau tidak berhak; atau (iii) mengizinkan ekstraksi data massal dari Perangkat Lunak SAP ke produk non-sap untuk tujuan menggantikan Perangkat Lunak SAP sebagai sistem pencatatan data, termasuk penggunaan, modifikasi, penyimpanan atau proses lainnya dari data tersebut dalam produk non-sap. 6. THIRD PARTY LICENSES: In the event the Content created under this Agreement can be utilized to access, use, edit, copy, or extract data or database content from a third party database or software product, Customer is responsible for having the required license agreement with SAP or other party in place which grants Customer the applicable rights to the database or other software from which Customer is extracting and using data hereunder./ LISENSI PIHAK KETIGA: Apabila Konten yang dibuat berdasarkan Perjanjian ini dapat digunakan untuk mengakses, menggunakan, mengedit, menyalin, atau mengekstrak data atau konten basis data dari basis data pihak ketiga atau produk perangkat lunak, Pelanggan bertanggung jawab untuk memiliki perjanjian lisensi yang diperlukan dengan SAP atau pihak lainnya yang memberikan Pelanggan hak yang berlaku untuk basis data atau perangkat lunak lain yang darinya Pelanggan mengekstrak dan menggunakan data berdasarkan dokumen ini. 7. OWNERSHIP: Subject to SAP s ownership of the SAP Software, the Cloud Service and Tools, the ownership of any Content Customer develops under this Agreement shall vest in Customer. Ownership of and title in the Tools and to all intellectual property rights in any SAP proprietary information embodied in the SAP Software and the Cloud Service are and shall remain in SAP and its licensors. Customer acquires only the rights expressly set forth under Section 2 above. Nothing in this Agreement shall in any way convey to Customer any ownership rights or title in or to the SAP Software, the Cloud Service or Tools. The SAP Software, the Cloud Service and Tools, may not be modified or altered in any way except by SAP (except to the extent permitted to Customer by mandatory law)./ KEPEMILIKAN: Tunduk pada kepemilikan SAP atas Perangkat Lunak SAP, Layanan Cloud, dan Tool, kepemilikan Konten yang dikembangkan Pelanggan berdasarkan Perjanjian ini akan diberikan kepada Pelanggan. Pelanggan hanya memperoleh hak yang secara tegas dinyatakan dalam Pasal 2 di atas. Tidak ada dalam Perjanjian ini yang dengan cara apa pun akan memberikan kepemilikan atau hak apa pun kepada Pelanggan pada atau terhadap Perangkat Lunak SAP, Layanan Cloud, atau Tool. Perangkat Lunak SAP, Layanan Cloud, dan Tool, tidak dapat dimodifikasi atau diubah dengan cara apa pun kecuali oleh SAP (kecuali sepanjang diizinkan oleh Pelanggan berdasarkan hukum wajib).
