For item "shampoo size 90ml", apparently it is no longer available in the market. Can we provide the item with different size? The requirement for material of the bag is canvas D420 or equivalent. Our understanding is that canvas is not D420. Please clarify. In the post-delivery kit, for item "blouse for breastfeeding", can we provide sample with color and/or pattern? 2 ANNEX II SPECIAL CONDITIONS 1. Vendor must submit the proposal strictly in accordance with Price Quotation Form along with (i) sample of all items; (ii) sample material for bags, not later than Monday, 6 March 2017 at WIB to Ms. Ira Novita,,.
