1 ABSTRACT Research conducted at the Tax Service Office Primary Tegallega Bandung to determine the role of forced letter od disbursement of tax arrears. Model analysis of the data used in this research is a regression test and correlation to test and give an overview of how the role forced on melting letter of tax arrears in in Tax Service Office Primary Tegallega Bandung. Based on the results of data analysis using SPSS 20 shows that the partial results of hypothesis testing (t-test) or simultaneously (F-test) to prove that the letter has a role to disbursement of tax arrears.the coefficient of determination indicates 0.01% or 1%, which means 1% disbursement of taxes affected by the letters issued. Meanwhile, melt the remaining 99% of tax arrears is influenced by other factors beyond the scope of this. Keywords: Forced letter, and disbursement of tax arrears vi
2 ABSTRAK Penelitian yang dilaksanakan di Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Bandung Tegallega ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peranan surat paksa terhadap pencairan tunggakan pajak. Model analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji regresi dan korelasi untuk menguji dan memberikan gambaran bagaimana peranan surat paksa terhadap pencairan tunggakan pajak tahun di Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Bandung Tegallega. Penentuan Sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode simple random sampling. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dengan bantuan SPSS versi 20.0 menunjukkan bahwa hasil uji hipotesis secara parsial (t-test) maupun simultan (F-test) membuktikan bahwa surat paksa mempunyai peranan terhadap pencairan tunggakan pajak. Koefisien determinasi menunjukkan 0,01% atau 1% yang artinya 1% pencairan tunggakan pajak dipengaruhi oleh jumlah surat paksa yang diterbitkan. Sedangkan sisanya 99% pencairan tunggakan pajak dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lainnya diluar pembahasan ini. Kata-kata kunci: Surat paksa, dan pencairan tunggakan pajak vii
