1 ABSTRACT The Influence of the System User Involvement on the Performance of Accounting Information System (Case Studies on PT. Cipaganti Citra Graha Tbk) This study aims to analyze whether there is influence of system users involvement on the performance of accounting information systems on PT. Cipaganti Citra Graha Tbk. System users involvement consists of user involvement in the development of AIS, users capability, and top management support. This study were analyzed either partially or simultaneously. The sample on this study were 60 employees on PT. Cipaganti Citra Graha Tbk. The results of this study indicate that partially, User Involvement in the Development of AIS (X 1 ) effect of or 57.1% on the Performance of Accounting Information Systems (Y), Users Capability (X 2 ) effect of or 8.7% on the Performance of Accounting Information Systems (Y), Top Management Support (X 3 ) effect of or 19.6% on the Performance of Accounting Information Systems (Y). The results of this study indicate that simultaneously, User Involvement in the Development of AIS (X 1 ), Users Capability (X 2 ), and Top Management Support (X 3 ) effect of or 85.4% on the Performance of Accounting Information Systems (Y), the remaining 14.6% is affected by other factors that aren t analyzed in this study. 2 ABSTRAK Pengaruh Keterlibatan Pemakai Sistem terhadap Kinerja Sistem Informasi Akuntansi (Studi Kasus pada PT. Cipaganti Citra Graha Tbk) Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis apakah terdapat pengaruh keterlibatan pemakai sistem terhadap kinerja sistem informasi akuntansi pada PT. Cipaganti Citra Graha Tbk. Keterlibatan pemakai sistem terdiri dari keterlibatan pemakai dalam pengembangan SIA, kapabilitas personal pemakai sistem, dan dukungan manajemen puncak. Penelitian dilakukan baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 60 orang karyawan pada PT Cipaganti Citra Graha Tbk. Hasil penelitian secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa Keterlibatan Pemakai Dalam Pengembangan SIA (X 1 ) memberikan pengaruh sebesar 0,5716 atau 57,1% terhadap Kinerja Sistem Informasi Akuntansi (Y), Kapabilitas Personal Pemakai Sistem (X 2 ) memberikan pengaruh sebesar 0,0871 atau 8,7% terhadap Kinerja Sistem Informasi Akuntansi (Y), dan Dukungan Manajemen Puncak (X 3 ) memberikan pengaruh sebesar 0,1958 atau 19,6% terhadap Kinerja Sistem Informasi Akuntansi (Y). Sedangkan hasil penelitian secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa Keterlibatan Pemakai Dalam Pengembangan SIA (X 1 ), Kapabilitas Personal Pemakai Sistem (X 2 ), Dukungan Manajemen Puncak (X 3 ) memberikan pengaruh sebesar 85,4% terhadap Kinerja Sistem Informasi Akuntansi (Y). Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 14,6% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diamati di dalam penelitian ini.
