1 ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengenaan PPN dan PPnBM terhadap daya beli konsumen real estate. Populasi penelitian adalah konsumen real estate di Kota Semarang dan menggunakan purpossive sampling untuk menetukan sampel penelitian. Uji statistik menggunakan metode analisis regresi linier berganda untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara PPN dan PPnBM terhadap daya beli konsumenreal estate. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan pada konsumen real estate di Kota Semarang, menunjukan bahwa PPN dan PPnBM berpengaruh signifikan terhadap daya beli konsumen kendaraan bermotor, dan secara parsial PPN tidak berpengaruh terhadap daya beli konsumen real estate, sedangkan PPnBM berpengaruh signifikan terhadap daya beli konsumen real estate. 2 ABSTRACT This study aimed to analyze the effect of the imposition of VAT and luxury sales tax on real estate consumer purchasing power. The study population is consumer real estate in the city of Semarang and using purposive sampling to determine the research sample. Statistical test using multiple linear regression analysis to determine the effect of the VAT and luxury sales tax on the purchasing power of real konsumenreal. Results of research conducted on consumer real estate in the city, shows that the VAT and luxury sales significantly influence consumers 'purchasing power motor vehicles, and partially VAT no effect on the purchasing power of consumers of real estate, while luxury sales significantly influence consumers' purchasing power of real estate.
