1 ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan pengaruh dari penerapan sistem absensi fingerprint dan keakuratan informasi penggajian di PT Indo Bharat Rayon. Dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan untuk penentuan sampel adalah simple random sampling. Responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 50 orang yang merupakan karyawan PT Indo Bharat Rayon. Metode pengujian hipotesis menggunakan metode uji validitas dan reliabiltas, uji asumsi klasik, regresi linear sederhana dengan menggunakan SPSS Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel sistem absensi fingerprint berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keakuratan informasi penggajian dengan persentase 93.70%, sedangkan sisanya 6.30% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti. 2 ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to describe the influence of implementation fingerprint attendance system and the accuracy of payroll information on PT Indo Bharat Rayon. In this study, the method which was used to determine the sample of this research is simple random sampling. The number of respondents in this study are 50 PT Indo Bharat Rayon employees. Data was analyzed statistically by using SPSS 19.0 for determining validity and reliabilty, classic assumption test, simple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that the fingerprint attendance system variables significantly influence the accuracy of payroll information with the percentage of 93.70%, while the remaining 6.30% influenced by other factors not examined.
