1 ABSTRACT Elvira, the influence of the compensation and the effectiveness of Internal control On work productivity At PT. Martin Lestari Bandung. Mentored by Mr. Herman Kambono. S.E., M.Si. This research aims to find out how to influence the granting of compensation and the effectiveness of internal control on work productivity in PT. Martin Lestari Bandung. The research model used in this study namely in methods of observation, interview, questionnaire, and the study of librarianship conducted systematically based on objective research. The sample in this research is 41 employees of PT. Martin Sustainably with the technique of sampling in strataan (stratified sampling), which is done by dividing the population into subpopulations and then simple random sampling is done in each strata. Methods of analysis used, Test Validity, Reliability Test, test of normality,test Heteroskedastisitas, a partial test of the relevant Test (test T), Simultaneous Testing (test F), Multiple Linear regression analysis, Correlation analysis, Pearson Product Moment, analysis of the coefficient of Determination. Results showed that of the compensation and the effectiveness of internal controls has a positive and significant impact on the productivity of work. Be aware that the value of the correlation coefficient (R) is equal to 0,643 shows that there is a strong relationship between compensation and internal control effectiveness of work productivity. Determination of coefficient of calculation result obtained by 41,3%. This shows that the compensation (X ) and the effectiveness of internal 1 control (X ) provides simultaneous influence (together) by 41,3% against work 2 productivity (Y). While the rest of 58.7% work productivity (Y) can be explained by other factors, such as motivation, appropriate leadership style, creating a good corporate culture, and more. 2 ABSTRAK Elvira, Pengaruh Kompensasi dan Efektifitas Pengendalian Internal Terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Pada PT. Martin Lestari Bandung. Dibimbing oleh Bapak Herman Kambono. S.E., M.Si Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh pemberian kompensasi dan efektifitas pengendalian internal terhadap produktivitas kerja pada PT.Martin Lestari Bandung. Model penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yakni dengan metode observasi, wawancara, kuesioner, dan studi kepustakaan yang dilakukan secara sistematik berdasarkan tujuan penelitian. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 41 orang karyawan PT.Martin Lestari dengan teknik pengambilan sampel secara strataan (stratified sampling), yang dilakukan dengan membagi populasi menjadi beberapa subpopulasi dan kemudian pengambilan sampel random sederhana yang dilakukan dalam masing strata. Metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu Uji Validitas, Uji Reliabilitas, Uji Normalitas, Uji Heteroskedastisitas, Uji Multikolinieritas, Uji Parsial (Uji T), Uji Simultan (Uji F), Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda, Analisis Korelasi Pearson Product Moment, Analisis Koefisien Determinasi. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi dan efektifitas pengendalian internal mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja. Dapat diketahui bahwa nilai koefisien korelasi ( R ) adalah sebesar 0,643 menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang kuat antara kompensasi dan efektifitas penegndalian internal terhadap produktivitas kerja. Koefisien determinasi dari hasil perhitungan didapat sebesar 41,3 %. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi (X ) dan efektifitas 1 pengendalian internal (X ) memberikan pengaruh simultan (bersama-sama) 2 sebesar 41,3 % terhadap produktivitas kerja (Y). Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 58,7 % produktivitas kerja (Y) dapat dijelaskan oleh faktor lainnya,seperti motivasi, gaya kepemimpinan yang tepat, menciptakan budaya perusahaan yang baik, dan lainnya.
